You have just days to watch Oscar-nominated films before the awards are announced on Sunday, Feb. 28. Some of the films nominated in the major categories are still in first-run theaters, while others are appearing on second-run screens or out or soon to be out on DVD.

Note: Check local theater times. This list reflects the available theater schedules. This list will be updated as updated schedules are released.

Here’s where you can view the films nominated for best picture, best actress and actor, best supporting actress and supporting actor and best director:

“The Big Short”

Five nominations: Picture, supporting actor (Christian Bale), director (Adam McKay), adapted screenplay (Charles Randolph and Adam McKay) and film editing.

What’s it about: Four denizens of the world of high-finance predict the credit and housing bubble collapse of the mid-2000s and decide to profit on the big banks’s greed and lack of foresight.

Where to see it: Regal 15 (at least through Thursday, March 3); Blu-ray, digital HD and Redbox on March 15.

“Bridge of Spies”

Five nominations: Picture, supporting actor (Mark Rylance), original screenplay (Matt Charman and Ethan and Joel Coen), sound mixing and production design.

What’s it about: During the Cold War, an American lawyer is recruited to defend a Soviet spy, then help the CIA facilitate an exchange of the spy for an imprisoned American spy plane pilot, Francis Gary Powers.

Where to see it: Blu-ray, digital HD and in Redbox.

“Brooklyn”

Three nominations: Picture, actress (Saoirse Ronan) and adapted screenplay (Nick Hornby).

What’s it about: An Irish immigrant lands in 1950s Brooklyn, where she quickly falls into a romance with a local. When her past catches up with her, however, she must choose between two countries and the lives that exist within.

“Carol”

Six nominations: Actress (Cate Blanchett), supporting actress (Rooney Mara), adapted screenplay (Phyllis Nagy), cinematography, costume design and original score.

What’s it about: An aspiring photographer develops an intimate relationship with an older woman.

Where to see it: Bijou Art Cinemas (at least through Thursday, March 3); Blu-ray, digital HD and Redbox on March 15.

“Creed”

Nominated in one categories: Supporting actor (Sylvester Stallone).

What’s it about: Former world heavyweight champion Rocky Balboa serves as a trainer and mentor to Adonis Johnson, the son of his late friend and former rival, Apollo Creed.

Where to see it: Blu-ray and digital HD on Tuesday, March 1.

“The Danish Girl”

Four nominations: Actor (Eddie Redmayne), supporting actress (Alicia Vikander), costume design and production design

What’s it about: A fictitious love story loosely inspired by the lives of Danish artists Lili Elbe and Gerda Wegener, whose marriage and work evolve as they navigate Lili’s groundbreaking transgender journey.

Where to see it: Bijou Metro (through Thursday, Feb. 25); Blu-ray and digital HD on Tuesday, March 1.

“45 Years”

One nomination: Actress (Charlotte Rampling).

What’s it about: A married couple preparing to celebrate their wedding anniversary receive shattering news that promises to change the course of their lives forever.

Where to see it: Bijou Art Cinemas (at least through Thursday, March 3).

“The Hateful Eight”

Three nominations: Supporting actress (Jennifer Jason Leigh), cinematography and original score.

What’s it about: In the dead of a Wyoming winter, a bounty hunter and his prisoner find shelter in a cabin inhabited by a collection of nefarious characters.

Where to see it: No longer in local theaters; Blu-ray and digital HD on March 29.

“Joy”

One nomination: Actress (Jennifer Lawrence).

What’s it about: The title housewife evolves to become founder and matriarch of a powerful family business dynasty.

Where to see it: No longer in theaters; Blu-ray and digital HD release date not announced.

“Mad Max: Fury Road”

Ten nominations: Picture, director (George Miller), cinematography, visual effects, makeup and hairstyling, film editing, costume design, sound editing, sound mixing and production design.

What’s it about: A woman rebels against a tyrannical postapocalyptic ruler in Australia and leads a freedom ride for a group of female prisoners, a psychotic worshiper and a drifter named Max.

Where to see it: Blu-ray, digital HD, streaming services and Redbox.

“The Martian”

Seven nominations: Picture, actor (Matt Damon), adapted screenplay (Drew Goddard), visual effects, sound editing, sound mixing and production design.

What’s it about: During a manned mission to Mars, astronaut Mark Watney is presumed dead after a fierce storm and stranded. With only meager supplies, he must draw upon his ingenuity, wit and spirit to subsist and find a way to signal to Earth that he is alive.

Where to see it: David Minor (at least through Thursday, March 3); Blu-ray, digital HD, streaming services and Redbox.

“The Revenant”

Twelve nominations: Picture, actor (Leonardo DiCaprio), supporting actor (Tom Hardy), director (Alejandro Iñárritu), cinematography, visual effects, makeup and hairstyling, film editing, costume design, sound editing, sound mixing and production design.

What’s it about: A frontiersman on a fur trading expedition in the 1820s fights for survival after being mauled by a bear and left for dead by members of his own hunting team.

Where to see it: Regal 15 and Cinemark 17 (at least through Wednesday, March 2); Blu-ray and digital HD release date not announced.
